We are happy to exchange or refund items in perfect condition, fit for resale, if returned to our store, provided the goods areunused, unopened, in original packaging with all materials, manuals, and accessories intact and accompanied by a valid Toymaster Cavan receipt dated within the previous 28 days. Please note the exclusion of Nursery product returns as detailed separately below.
In order to avail of a refund please have the bank card used to purchase the item with you.
In the event that we are unable to make a refund we will place credit on a store gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse redress if the return falls outside of our unwanted returns policy / terms & conditions.
For your benefit and for reasons of product integrity and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on nursery items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your LEGO set is missing pieces, please contact LEGO directly and they will send you the missing piece(s) as soon as possible.

Make sure you have the part number, design number (on the side of the box) and the name of the set ready and you will be sent the missing part(s) as promptly as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where applicable, please ensure you have checked the batteries, please note that all our toys work best with alkaline batteries. In all cases, the returned item will need to be inspected by us and if after inspection it is confirmed as faulty then we will contact you to issue a suitable form of redress (repair/replacement/refund) which is at our discretion. If the fault found is deemed to be as a result of miss-use or accidental damage, rather than a manufacturing fault then we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
The acceptable forms of redress for any return in store are a repair, replacement, refund or gift card.
If an item is deemed faulty following inspection and it is outside of the initial 6 months (but not exceeding 12 months) of purchase, we would be unable to provide a refund in that instance. Instead, a gift card to the value of the item or a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability) will be provided.
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost or hold the item in our warehouse for collection by the customer.
In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time if the item has not been collected or where the cost of delivering the item to the customer has not been received.
Gift Cards
We do not offer any refunds on purchases of gift cards.
